I found the room spacious and clean. The bar and restaurant had an excellent vibe. Access to the city center was very easy to reach.
The room was freezing upon arrival because of the broken heating. It broke again during the night. The lift seemed small for wheelchairs.

excellent stay!
friendly staff early parking vegan options
The staff were super friendly and accommodating. i was able to use the car park before check-in, a HUGE help. breakfast was lovely. I thought the vegan options were a real plus!!!
The bathroom was a bit small. It was a bit of a squeeze.

the breakfast buffet had a wide selection, including vegan choices, and the food was AMAZING!!! staff kept everything well-stocked, and the dining area was clean and inviting, so it was lovely.

i found the reception staff very helpful and attentive. they quickly addressed my questions and provided useful information about the local area, so it was a smooth process. i felt really welcomed!!!

my standard room was clean and well-kept, and the bedding felt fresh. though basic, it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay, like the towels which were really clean. the beds were comfy.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choices available. Bus stops are conveniently located near the building, with access to the city center (very useful, indeed!). I found ample free parking on-site, and registration of the license plate was straightforward. I appreciated the complementary coffee in the room.
The lifts are quite small. It would be difficult to fit more than two people, even though the warning signs state a higher capacity.

The staff demonstrated really good politeness and were consistently lovely. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries we had. The team ensured a swift resolution when the room was ready quickly. The staff's commitment to service was evident.

The hotel boasts a large car park with easy registration, contributing to a stress-free arrival. The restaurant is spacious and beautiful. Two terraces provide options for relaxation, one large with grass and another in front.

ample spaces hot options
the parking had plenty of spaces. the staff was mostly available and were happy to help with directions and information. the breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options. the location allowed easy access to local attractions with minimal travel.
the bathroom was a bit dated and it would be nice to see some improvements done here.
